If your beautiful River North condo is priced at $1,200,000, it will appear in their search results. However, if it's priced at $1,200,010, it falls just outside that bracket and will be invisible to that buyer – even though, in reality, it's virtually the same price. This seemingly small difference can mean the difference between getting noticed and being overlooked by a significant segment of the market.
